Su Xiang Sha's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Theron Dooley read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 10th minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 14 minutes, Efrain Maria successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The NDG Fury FC fans' excitement grew in the 17th match minute when NDG Fury FC's Mårten Arenstedt looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal.
