The audience was convinced that Kasper Vallman's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mateusz Hajto was relentless in the 3rd minute of the game. Patrick Eliasson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miromir Kazanowski in the 11th minute of play. Mateusz Hajto made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Alejo Veliz sent off a good shot on target. In the 14th match minute, Nieciece was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yin Lin Song to maneuver through the defense. Alejo Veliz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Mateusz Hajto made a huge save. Mateusz Hajto made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dave Mathy in the 19th minute. Faik Malgır thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Patrick Eliasson, a very annoying self made goal in the 22nd minute which led to 0-1. 25 minutes into the game, Nieciece's Witold Bycofski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Patrick Eliasson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. In the 29th minute, Miromir Kazanowski left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Nieciece fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. After 31 played minutes Nieciece got a freekick which was hit by Harvey Elliott. Dave Mathy who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 32ndth minute tested the skills of Mateusz Hajto when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Mateusz Hajto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alejo Veliz in the 34th minute of play. Alejo Veliz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Mateusz Hajto made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kasper Vallman in the 37th minute of play forced Nieciece's goalkeeper Mateusz Hajto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alejo Veliz got free with Mateusz Hajto in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 45 minutes into the match, Gnesta Oilers's goal looked a bit too open when Miromir Kazanowski came free, but Patrick Eliasson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 46 minutes into the game, Witold Bycofski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Patrick Eliasson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

Nieciece made a substitution. Cyryl Skonieczny replaced Miromir Kazanowski. Gnesta Oilers's Patrick Eliasson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save Gnesta Oilers from getting a goal against them. Cyryl Skonieczny sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cyryl Skonieczny could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Patrick Eliasson made a huge save. 60 minutes into the match, Gnesta Oilers's Kasper Vallman sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mateusz Hajto narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Mateusz Hajto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kasper Vallman in the 61st minute of play. Mateusz Hajto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alejo Veliz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arne Hylander kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Gnesta Oilers's Alfred Liljeström was substituted for Claes Thidén. In the 69th match minute, Gnesta Oilers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arne Hylander to maneuver through the defense. In the 75th minute, Cyryl Skonieczny made a precise shot to the right of Patrick Eliasson. Gnesta Oilers's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. Patrick Eliasson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Witold Bycofski in the 80th minute of play. A sloppy throw-in by Andrzej Harbaszewski in the 81st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Gnesta Oilers's Kasper Vallman. Patrick Eliasson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Andrzej Harbaszewski in the 87th minute. After a rather tough play, Gnesta Oilers's Arne Hylander got a free kick in the 90th minute. Witold Bycofski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Patrick Eliasson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 91st minute of play. After 93 played minutes Nieciece got a freekick which was hit by 刘竞旭. In the 95th minute, Dave Mathy ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mateusz Hajto was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-5. After a defensive mix-up in Gnesta Oilers's zone, Witold Bycofski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Patrick Eliasson came out of the goal and Witold Bycofski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Nieciece supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Nieciece would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
