Osvaldo Leobardo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Constancio Binder in the 15th minute. In the 18th minute Leukothoe Sakelaris shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ruslan Reichl saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 19 minutes, Constancio Binder managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Osvaldo Leobardo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Brent-Jan Turpin's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. Constancio Binder recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 24th match minute, AC Rangers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Humberto Beturian to maneuver through the defense. Osvaldo Leobardo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Constancio Binder in the 28th minute of the match. AC Rangers's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Leovigildo Abumohor was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. 45 minutes into the match, El Eterno Campeón's goal looked a bit too open when Ezequiel Ilazki came free, but Ruslan Reichl reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

For all the effort they put into the match, the AC Rangers players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for El Eterno Campeón.
