In the 4thth minute of the game Codruț Macaneață who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bayern Boliviano's Antonio Giorgio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca's Codruț Macaneață got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Vlad Covrig charged in rather forcefully in the 14th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vlad Covrig the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca's Vlad Covrig got a free kick in the 14th minute. In the 17th match minute, PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristinel Uncheşelu to maneuver through the defense. Joannes Focquier was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 18th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Dacian Ghițescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ignatius Abancens, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Bayern Boliviano were awarded a corner in the 27th minute after PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Joannes Focquier took the corner. The corner led to Bayern Boliviano's Birjaio Abendano getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ramon Iztal got free with Dacian Ghițescu in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 31 minutes into the match, Felipe Abendano had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dacian Ghițescu. PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Felipe Abendano was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Dacian Ghițescu was a little too slow when Ramon Iztal got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 36th minute. The score was now 4-0. In the 38th minute, Ignatius Abancens left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bayern Boliviano fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. After having played for 41 minutes, Ignatius Abancens managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bayern Boliviano's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ignatius Abancens was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bayern Boliviano's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Joannes Focquier in the 45th minute. Joannes Focquier made a great header on Bayern Boliviano's corner, it was just that PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca's Dacian Ghițescu managed to reach the ball for a save. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ramon Iztal made a kick off. In the 51st minute, Ronaldão Peres hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 56 minutes into the game, Sebastian Culcer was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. PHOENIX Cluj-Napoca's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bayern Boliviano the free kick.
