After a defensive mix-up in Pheonix FC's zone, Ciprian Toma stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Olaf Sortsø came out of the goal and Ciprian Toma tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 浦江棋王联队's Ciprian Toma got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 吴飞棋 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ciprian Toma blasted a shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Olaf Sortsø having to make a save. But to his dismay, 吴飞棋 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. Olaf Sortsø showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ciprian Toma, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. In the 47th minute of the match Torbjørn Præstensgaard shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dida Mazurkiewicz showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After the first half 浦江棋王联队 were leading 0-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. 任正振 was the one to do the kick off. With a little luck, Pheonix FC's Olaf Sortsø got control of the ball when Ciprian Toma tried to sneak it across the goal line. Vladislav Hampejs's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dida Mazurkiewicz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 82nd minute of play. Olaf Sortsø was out of position in the 87 minute of play, and 吴飞棋 capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. 吴飞棋 really showed his touch with that goal: 1-6. Ciprian Toma struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Olaf Sortsø didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for 浦江棋王联队. Dida Mazurkiewicz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Moritz Holmaa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
