In the 10th minute of the match Roneros F.C. got a corner. Palmeiras de Plantão's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Cordero Aberasturi ran over to the corner to take the kick. Helge Almkvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ricardo Ceberiche having to interfere. In the 14th minute, Rahim Niğdeli left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Roneros F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. In the 17th minute Rahim Niğdeli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cido Meireles saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Roneros F.C.'s supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
