The Undertaker's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Patricio Rey Futbol Club the free kick. After 16 played minutes The Undertaker got a freekick which was hit by Panos Zacharas. Patricio Rey Futbol Club's Ferdinand Agachi quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Nikitas Papaiakovou, made in the 18th minute of the game. 21 minutes into the match, Patricio Rey Futbol Club's goalkeeper Virgilio Pacifico had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Charis Vlastaras. Nikitas Papaiakovou kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Nick Stark took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vassilis Chatzipetrou. Vassilis Chatzipetrou dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. When Nick Stark came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Patricio Rey Futbol Club fans jumped to their feet. After 39 minutes of play, Patricio Rey Futbol Club's Toto Škarpa made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vassilis Chatzipetrou was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 44th minute of the match Dawid Juzda shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Virgilio Pacifico showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Vassilis Chatzipetrou took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nick Stark, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 47 minutes The Undertaker's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Romulo Pere who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Martin Endira almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but The Undertaker's Vassilis Chatzipetrou did a great save. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Toto Škarpa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Vassilis Chatzipetrou having to make a save. Nick Stark could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Vassilis Chatzipetrou made a huge save. In the 58th minute Nick Stark shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vassilis Chatzipetrou saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Romulo Pere charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Romulo Pere the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of The Undertaker booed when Patricio Rey Futbol Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Romulo Pere didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Godfredo George's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vassilis Chatzipetrou was relentless in the 94th minute of the game. When the match clock showed 94 minutes, the score became 0-4 when Godfredo George sped through The Undertaker's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Vassilis Chatzipetrou. Patricio Rey Futbol Club's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
