The corner led Leeds United's Nunez Freijo to fire away a dangerous shot which Gerardo Oalo despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The supporters of Leeds United booed when Dragon Hunter was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carolo Nuxila didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gerardo Oalo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 汪乐广, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dragon Hunter's Gerardo Oalo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Dragon Hunter from getting a goal against them. Adriano Contratas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Gerardo Oalo made a huge save. After having played for 38 minutes, 汪乐广 managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Leeds United's supporters crossed their fingers, but 汪乐广 was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Charly Tevez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. 宋辉星 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
