With a couple of smart ball manuevers Diogo Melo in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Corrado Contestabile saved Hyblae FC from getting behind. Corrado Contestabile showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedro Luís Munhoz in the 35th minute of the match. 40 minutes into the match, Hyblae FC's Amedeo Giancola sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Apostolis Porros narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Corrado Contestabile made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Diogo Melo sent off a good shot on target. The shot was stopped by Corrado Contestabile but with some difficulty. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ferruccio Festuccia made a kick off. Corrado Contestabile took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Diogo Melo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sport Club Cevada were awarded a corner in the 51th minute after Hyblae FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. José Lima took the corner. After some careless play in the Hyblae FC defense, Pedro Luís Munhoz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Corrado Contestabile. The Hyblae FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Corrado Contestabile should have stopped the shot. 60 minutes into the match, Hyblae FC's goal looked a bit too open when Diogo Melo came free, but Corrado Contestabile reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Corrado Contestabile didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Pedro Luís Munhoz went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. In the 70thth minute of the game José Lima who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hyblae FC's Corrado Contestabile was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 78th minute José Lima shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Corrado Contestabile saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sport Club Cevada's Apostolis Porros played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eigirdas Burnickas in the 85th minute of play. In the 87th match minute, Sport Club Cevada was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Okanalp Tuncel to maneuver through the defense. Sport Club Cevada made a substitution.
