Wojciech Kowalczyk started the match with the kick off. Janusz Fafinski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gianluca Lapadula in the 5th minute of play. Jerzy Dudek made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wojciech Kowalczyk in the 13th minute. Wojciech Kowalczyk hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, KS Bukowe's Jan Zgonina got a free kick in the 18th minute. The supporters of KS Bukowe booed when Słoneczna2003 Lidzbark W was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Artur Dziedziak didn't get a good kick on the ball. Janusz Fafinski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gianluca Lapadula in the 28th minute of play. After 29 minutes Słoneczna2003 Lidzbark W's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Stanislao Kuparinen who took care of the corner kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Słoneczna2003 Lidzbark W's goalie and right to Marian Mondrowski. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Słoneczna2003 Lidzbark W's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Janusz Fafinski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gianluca Lapadula in the 32nd minute of the match. Słoneczna2003 Lidzbark W's Artur Dziedziak was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Jerzy Dudek in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Janusz Fafinski didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gianluca Lapadula went, in the 38th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. When Wojciech Kowalczyk came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Słoneczna2003 Lidzbark W fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wojciech Kowalczyk couldn't finish the play. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gianluca Lapadula stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Janusz Fafinski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gianluca Lapadula, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to KS Bukowe getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Tobiasz Moryl hit a great ball. In the 60th minute Wojciech Kowalczyk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jerzy Dudek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lukasz Walczyk kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Słoneczna2003 Lidzbark W's Janusz Fafinski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gianluca Lapadula in the 72nd minute of play. 76 minutes into the match, Wojciech Kowalczyk notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of KS Bukowe's Jerzy Dudek. Jerzy Dudek was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jerzy Dudek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wojciech Kowalczyk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wojciech Kowalczyk in the 83rd minute of play forced KS Bukowe's goalkeeper Jerzy Dudek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lukasz Walczyk kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. 88 minutes into the match, Gianluca Lapadula dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Janusz Fafinski, 1-2. Wojciech Kowalczyk struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Jerzy Dudek didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Słoneczna2003 Lidzbark W. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. KS Bukowe had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
