In the 19th minute the ball was on its way in behind IFK Göteborg's goalkeeper Håkan Deckbergh, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Skyfall's Andres Drogba slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Håkan Deckbergh. That made the score 4-0 after 21 minutes of play. A collision led to IFK Göteborg getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Uno Grep hit a great ball. In the 47th minute Andres Drogba shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Håkan Deckbergh saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 7-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Andres Drogba stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Håkan Deckbergh took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ervigio Ojeda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ervigio Ojeda in the 91st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Håkan Deckbergh prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Skyfall's Ervigio Ojeda in the 94th minute got a chance for a shot 94th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye IFK Göteborg's goalie prevented a goal. Håkan Deckbergh took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ervigio Ojeda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Skyfall fully deserved thier win.
