After a defensive mix-up in Várdomb's zone, Juancho Bonachea stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marciano Marino came out of the goal and Juancho Bonachea tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 9th minute of the match, Juancho Bonachea tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Marciano Marino saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 11 minutes into the match, BiBa's goal looked a bit too open when László Benke came free, but Kai-Uwe Bartek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 13th minute the ball was on its way in behind Várdomb's goalkeeper Marciano Marino, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. BiBa were awarded a corner in the 15th minute after Várdomb's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Norbert Arbogast took the corner. BiBa's Michael Kohn was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Marciano Marino in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 19 minutes into the match, Juancho Bonachea had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marciano Marino. Várdomb's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Juancho Bonachea was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. 26 minutes into the match, BiBa's goal looked a bit too open when László Benke came free, but Kai-Uwe Bartek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 30th minute, Juancho Bonachea reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Marciano Marino. The goal made the score 3-0. Marciano Marino made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Andre Seemayer sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomé Azevedo got free with Marciano Marino in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Várdomb booed when BiBa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yanick Wils didn't get a good kick on the ball. Várdomb's Marciano Marino proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save Várdomb from getting a goal against them. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Neymar Da Silva stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 51 minutes, Norbert Arbogast made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. Várdomb's Marciano Marino tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Kai-Uwe Bartek made an important save on a dangerous shot by Olaf Wieczorek in the 61st minute. Marciano Marino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juancho Bonachea in the 62nd minute of the match. Marciano Marino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andre Seemayer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 67 minutes, Juancho Bonachea managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. BiBa's supporters crossed their fingers, but Juancho Bonachea was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 68 played minutes, BiBa's Yanick Wils shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Marciano Marino came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in BiBa reached it. 77 minutes into the match, Várdomb's goal looked a bit too open when Juancho Bonachea came free, but Marciano Marino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Tomé Azevedo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marciano Marino was relentless in the 80th minute of the game. László Benke fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kai-Uwe Bartek having to interfere. BiBa made a substitution. In the 90th minute Tomé Azevedo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marciano Marino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tomé Azevedo might have been able to make a better finish in the 95th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marciano Marino. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tomé Azevedo ran back to his position shaking his head.
