Bianco Cappucci's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eriberto Honesto read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007's Eliodor Gheban was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Eriberto Honesto in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 28 minutes into the game, Eugen Mihălțan recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Eriberto Honesto. Eugen Mihălțan showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Emil Gabor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juan Urti in the 33rd minute of the match. Eriberto Honesto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Irinel Tatomir, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Eugen Mihălțan in the 38th minute. The corner went over the outstretched arms of 1989 Blxsk's goalie and right to Eliodor Gheban. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. 1989 Blxsk's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. In the 48th minute, Alvaro Tiniebra got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The wind increased when Miguel Godoy made the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Guo Xi Chao got free with Emil Gabor in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 55th minute, Irinel Tatomir hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 56th minute of the match, Alvaro Tiniebra tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Emil Gabor saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Eriberto Honesto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Irinel Tatomir in the 58th minute of the match. If Juan Urti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eriberto Honesto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Irinel Tatomir in the 64th minute of play. In the 66th minute Severiano Jeraldo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emil Gabor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 72 minutes into the match, 1989 Blxsk's goal looked a bit too open when Irinel Tatomir came free, but Eriberto Honesto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 73rd minute Miguel Godoy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emil Gabor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Basarab Vărzaru sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. ★RO★ Afrimesti FC 2007 made a substitution. Irinel Tatomir might have been able to make a better finish in the 92nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Eriberto Honesto. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out.
