The corner led LOS MENTI's Felipe Pereyra to fire away a dangerous shot which Florentino Eutor despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 8th minute, but Şenol Güneş got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving LOS MENTI hanging dry this time. Florentino Eutor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Simon Iratze, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. In the 15th minute Edgar Zaremba shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Florentino Eutor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Florentino Eutor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 汪常然, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ybarlucea F.C.'s Florentino Eutor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 汪常然 in the 20th minute of play. After some careless play in the Ybarlucea F.C. defense, 汪常然 kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Florentino Eutor. The Ybarlucea F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Florentino Eutor should have stopped the shot. When LOS MENTI's Simon Iratze in the 23rd minute got a chance for a shot 23rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After the first half LOS MENTI were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

With his leg Florentino Eutor managed to avoid a goal in the 51stth minute, when LOS MENTI's 汪常然 fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Marco George could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Florentino Eutor made a huge save. Florentino Eutor made an important save on a dangerous shot by 汪常然 in the 54th minute. Simon Iratze kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in LOS MENTI's zone, Steven De Keuster stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Şenol Güneş came out of the goal and Steven De Keuster tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Fernando Eutor's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Şenol Güneş was relentless in the 90th minute of the game. 94 minutes into the game, Celso Hori was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ybarlucea F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave LOS MENTI the free kick. After 95 played minutes Ybarlucea F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Celso Hori. Florentino Eutor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from David Gagriel, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute.
