Julio Faro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Alfredo Joey made a huge save. 11 minutes into the game, Julio Faro recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Alfredo Joey. Julio Faro showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. In the 13th minute Silvano Bazil shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfredo Joey saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 20 minutes into the match, Palermo's goalkeeper Alfredo Joey had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Julio Faro. Maximino Gonzalez kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. In the 25th minute Maximino Gonzalez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ignacio Valery saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marcelino Chaime in the 45th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ignacio Valery prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The Palermo fans' excitement grew in the 47th match minute when Palermo's Maximino Gonzalez looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mauro Caruso to strike the kick off in the second half. Marcelino Chaime could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Ignacio Valery made a huge save. 55 minutes into the match, Eigtheenstars 2's goalkeeper Ignacio Valery had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marcelino Chaime. Alfredo Joey breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Palermo made a substitution. Jhonny Del Fierro replaced Arnoldo Medina. A hard shot 86 in the game by Marcelino Chaime from a close distance when the talented Ignacio Valery managed to make a qualified save. Eigtheenstars 2's players were relieved. In the 87th minute of the match Palermo got a corner. Eigtheenstars 2's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Aquiles Eufemio ran over to the corner to take the kick.
