In the 11th minute, Mehmet Bedri Perkel ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Danila Anikeichik was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Arsenal FC's Guy Lewington got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 21st minute of the match, Saffet Müjdat got a very nice opportunity to score, but Danila Anikeichik was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 24th match minute, Arsenal FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bobby Higgins to maneuver through the defense. Arsenal FC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. In the 43rd minute, Andaç Ergunalp hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Saffet Müjdat could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 48th minute of the match, but Danila Anikeichik made a huge save.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jacek Kielb was the one to do the kick off. Saffet Müjdat received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Danila Anikeichik tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Danila Anikeichik showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andaç Ergunalp in the 64th minute of the match. Danila Anikeichik stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Saffet Müjdat's shot from short distance in the 74th minute. When the match had gone on for 74 minutes, Saffet Müjdat put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Danila Anikeichik. ANTALYASPOR's Saffet Müjdat got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sabahattin Onurhan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Austen Coulson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
