An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberigo Sessa in the 10th minute of play forced Beach Boys Club's goalkeeper Fabian Hultstrand to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. SSV Ulm 1846's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Sven-Olof Lilja in the 11th minute. Sven-Olof Lilja made a great header on SSV Ulm 1846's corner, it was just that Beach Boys Club's Fabian Hultstrand managed to reach the ball for a save. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Don Merlot made a kick off. Fabian Hultstrand was out of position in the 59 minute of play, and Don Merlot capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Don Merlot really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3. Fabian Hultstrand made an important save on a dangerous shot by Don Merlot in the 62nd minute. When the match had gone on for 62 minutes, Don Merlot took a quick shot and it went in 0-4 without a chance for Fabian Hultstrand to make any attempt to save it. A nice corner shot did that Wolfgang Goethe got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Fabian Hultstrand quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 78th minute the ball was on its way in behind Beach Boys Club's goalkeeper Fabian Hultstrand, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Sven Haegg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Beach Boys Club's Fabian Hultstrand played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberigo Sessa in the 83rd minute of play. In the 85th minute, Alberigo Sessa made a precise shot to the right of Fabian Hultstrand. Beach Boys Club's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-7. Don Merlot sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alberigo Sessa got free with Fabian Hultstrand in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Fabian Hultstrand made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when Don Merlot sent off a good shot on target.
