Los Muñes de Don Cuco's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Guaberto Jacindo in the 18th minute. The corner led Los Muñes de Don Cuco's Guaberto Jacindo to fire away a dangerous shot which Timo Courtois despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. SSV Ulm 1846's Sotiris Alexandropoulos managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Alex Doe in the 31 minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in SSV Ulm 1846's zone, Nuralp Başdemir stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Timo Courtois came out of the goal and Nuralp Başdemir tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 38 minutes SSV Ulm 1846's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Guaberto Jacindo who took care of the corner kick. 42 minutes into the match, Los Muñes de Don Cuco's Nuralp Başdemir sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Timo Courtois narrowly saved just below the crossbar. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Timo Courtois showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nuralp Başdemir in the 52nd minute of the match. After 56 played minutes Los Muñes de Don Cuco got a freekick which was hit by Alex Doe. Los Muñes de Don Cuco's Rien Oss was substituted for Nuralp Başdemir. Baron Buffon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Don Merlot in the 60th minute. Don Merlot in the 63rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Baron Buffon, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Timo Courtois showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rien Oss, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Baron Buffon made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Don Merlot sent off a good shot on target. In the 67th minute Rien Oss shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Timo Courtois saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Don Merlot got free with Baron Buffon in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 70 played minutes SSV Ulm 1846 got a freekick which was hit by Don Merlot. Baron Buffon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Don Merlot, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Rien Oss took the ball and in the 75 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Timo Courtois. Timo Courtois dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rien Oss in the 77th minute of play forced SSV Ulm 1846's goalkeeper Timo Courtois to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Los Muñes de Don Cuco booed when SSV Ulm 1846 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sotiris Alexandropoulos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rien Oss scored 4-0 in the 83rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Timo Courtois, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Truylos Barbari kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. In the 93rd match minute, Los Muñes de Don Cuco was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alex Doe to maneuver through the defense. Los Muñes de Don Cuco's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
