The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 2nd minute Kai Havertz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andreas Andersson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Andreas Andersson came out of the goal in the 2nd minute to try and stop a shot by Academia de Campeones's Kai Havertz. But to his dismay, Kai Havertz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kermit Froggaard got free with Andreas Andersson in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 11th minute Gong Qi Fan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rodolfo Calvet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Andreas Andersson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kai Havertz in the 13th minute of the match. After 13 minutes of play, Academia de Campeones's Kai Havertz made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Andreas Andersson was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 17th minute, Gong Qi Fan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Börna Bulldogs fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gong Qi Fan in the 23rd minute of play forced Academia de Campeones's goalkeeper Rodolfo Calvet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gong Qi Fan struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Rodolfo Calvet didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Börna Bulldogs. Börna Bulldogs made a substitution. Rob Lute replaced Ragnar Linquist. Rodolfo Calvet didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gong Qi Fan went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. 35 minutes into the match, Academia de Campeones's goal looked a bit too open when Gong Qi Fan came free, but Rodolfo Calvet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rodolfo Calvet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gong Qi Fan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 37 minutes into the game, Gong Qi Fan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Rodolfo Calvet was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Fabian Bernaldo made in the 41st minute of the game a quick throw-in and Kermit Froggaard immediately put the ball in play. If Gong Qi Fan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A collision led to Academia de Campeones getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Gustavo de Azevedo hit a great ball. In the 45th minute, Fabian Bernaldo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Gong Qi Fan came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Börna Bulldogs fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gong Qi Fan couldn't finish the play.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Gong Qi Fan in the 53rd minute of play forced Academia de Campeones's goalkeeper Rodolfo Calvet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Andreas Andersson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miguel Ángel Gambier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Andreas Andersson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kermit Froggaard, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kai Havertz in the 59th minute of play forced Börna Bulldogs's goalkeeper Andreas Andersson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 60 minutes had been played when some careless play by Börna Bulldogs's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Fabian Bernaldo was slow to take the kick. During this time Academia de Campeones's players had a chance to rest. Academia de Campeones's Fabian Bernaldo was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Andreas Andersson in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 63 minutes in the game Gustavo de Azevedo did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Kermit Froggaard. Gong Qi Fans short, quick shot in the 66thth minute got Rodolfo Calvet to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 66 minutes into the game, Gong Qi Fan lined in a short shot 2-4 behind a frustrated Rodolfo Calvet. Börna Bulldogs made a substitution. Vilgot Bålström replaced Rob Lute. In the 69th minute Kent Sandström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rodolfo Calvet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Academia de Campeones's Rodolfo Calvet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gong Qi Fan in the 71st minute of play. In the 74th minute of the match, Pawel Grabowicz tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Rodolfo Calvet saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. With a little luck, Academia de Campeones's Rodolfo Calvet got control of the ball when Gong Qi Fan tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 78 minutes of play, Academia de Campeones's Miguel Ángel Gambier made it 3-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Andreas Andersson was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 81st minute, Börna Bulldogs's Gong Qi Fan ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Rodolfo Calvet. Rodolfo Calvet yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-5. Gong Qi Fan received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Rodolfo Calvet came out and tried to block the shot, but Gong Qi Fan slotted it home off the left post making it 3-6 in the 86th minute. Academia de Campeones's Rodolfo Calvet proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save Academia de Campeones from getting a goal against them.
