After a defensive mix-up in Libertadores Fútbol Club's zone, Miguel Ángel Gambier stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Billie Denijs came out of the goal and Miguel Ángel Gambier tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Academia de Campeones's Kai Havertz got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fabian Bernaldo hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. In the 15th match minute, Academia de Campeones was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pedro Loren to maneuver through the defense. 16 minutes into the match, Academia de Campeones's goalkeeper Rodolfo Calvet had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by 温朗青. After 19 played minutes Libertadores Fútbol Club got a freekick which was hit by 温朗青. Errolan Hudobro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Rodolfo Calvet made a huge save. In the 24th minute Libertadores Fútbol Club were awarded a corner. 温朗青 went to the cornerflag to take it. A collision led to Libertadores Fútbol Club getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Durval Campidelis hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pablo Escobar got free with Rodolfo Calvet in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rodolfo Calvet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pablo Escobar, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. 34 minutes had been played when some careless play by Academia de Campeones's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. 温朗青 was slow to take the kick. During this time Libertadores Fútbol Club's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Libertadores Fútbol Club's corner 温朗青 fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Rodolfo Calvet quite easily take care of the ball. Jajang Waringin hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Libertadores Fútbol Club's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by 温朗青 in the 42nd minute. A nice corner shot did that 温朗青 got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Rodolfo Calvet quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Miguel Ángel Gambier's late challenge caught a Libertadores Fútbol Club's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Miguel Ángel Gambier helped the player get up and apologised. After 43 played minutes Academia de Campeones got a freekick which was hit by Miguel Ángel Gambier. Silverio Iraitz kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. When Beliran Ennecon fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Libertadores Fútbol Club's protests and gave Beliran Ennecon a yellow card for diving instead. Beliran Ennecon hit a great freekick 48 minutes into the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Miguel Ángel Gambier made the kick off in the second half. Miguel Ángel Gambier blasted a shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Billie Denijs having to make a save. Rodolfo Calvet came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by Libertadores Fútbol Club's Pablo Escobar. But to his dismay, Pablo Escobar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Rodolfo Calvet showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pablo Escobar in the 65th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Libertadores Fútbol Club's 温朗青 got a free kick in the 67th minute. Billie Denijs made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Fabian Bernaldo sent off a good shot on target. After 76 minutes of play, Libertadores Fútbol Club's Errolan Hudobro made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rodolfo Calvet was left in no man's land by his defense there! 78 minutes into the match, Academia de Campeones's goal looked a bit too open when Errolan Hudobro came free, but Rodolfo Calvet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rodolfo Calvet stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Errolan Hudobro's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. Kai Havertz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Billie Denijs having to interfere. In the 86th minute, Academia de Campeones's Kai Havertz dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-2. Libertadores Fútbol Club's defense didn't have a chance, in the 91st minute, when Miguel Ángel Gambier scored to the left of an out of position Billie Denijs, making the score, 2-3. 95 minutes into the match, Academia de Campeones's goal looked a bit too open when Pablo Escobar came free, but Rodolfo Calvet reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 96th minute, Miguel Ángel Gambier made a precise shot to the right of Billie Denijs. Libertadores Fútbol Club's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-4. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Academia de Campeones had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
