After a rather tough play, FC PIETROSUL -MM-'s Filip Braia got a free kick in the 31st minute. Ionică Bădilescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arso Rangachev, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Versannat's Bruno Nunes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aurelian Odobescu in the 34th minute of play. Bruno Nunes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Viorel Iacobescu in the 38th minute of the match. In the 38th minute, Viorel Iacobescu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bruno Nunes was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. The supporters of FC PIETROSUL -MM- booed when Versannat was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Karma Tarich didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

For all the effort they put into the match, the FC PIETROSUL -MM- players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Versannat.
