Odoy Pradhana came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by The Owls's Gino Galante. But to his dismay, Gino Galante quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 11 minutes into the game, Vivaldo Valle recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jan-Åke Emander. Vivaldo Valle showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Odoy Pradhana showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gino Galante, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. A collision led to Internacional getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Milosz Kordalewski hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Milosz Kordalewski during the 19th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Odoy Pradhana took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gino Galante, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jerônimo Cosme sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vivaldo Valle in the 32nd minute of play forced The Owls's goalkeeper Jan-Åke Emander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gino Galante in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Odoy Pradhana saved Internacional from getting behind. Jan-Åke Emander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vivaldo Valle, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. If Gino Galante had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gino Galante's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Odoy Pradhana read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. Odoy Pradhana showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gino Galante in the 40th minute of the match.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gino Galante to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Conrado Barto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Odoy Pradhana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gino Galante in the 58th minute of play. Odoy Pradhana made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Gino Galante sent off a good shot on target. After 62 minutes Internacional's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was William Creemers who took care of the corner kick. In the 65th minute, Gino Galante hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Internacional getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Conrado Barto hit a great ball. Gino Galante recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 70th minute Gino Galante shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Odoy Pradhana saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Conrado Barto made in the 73rd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Bebeto da Costa. Gino Galante scored 1-4 in the 74th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Odoy Pradhana, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 77th minute Gino Galante shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Odoy Pradhana saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 79th minute, Gino Galante made a precise shot to the right of Odoy Pradhana. Internacional's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-5. The crowd rose to their feet as The Owls's Gino Galante slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Odoy Pradhana. That made the score 1-6 after 82 minutes of play. 87 minutes into the match, Internacional's goal looked a bit too open when Ubarna Harroyo came free, but Odoy Pradhana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 92 minutes into the match, Ubarna Harroyo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Odoy Pradhana. Internacional's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ubarna Harroyo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-7. The Internacional supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching The Owls's performance. The match ended with a win for The Owls.
