The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the match, Terceirense F.C.'s Gentil Setúbal sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Waud De Geyter narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 10th minute, Gentil Setúbal reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Waud De Geyter. The goal made the score 1-0. Waud De Geyter took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gentil Setúbal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 16 minutes into the game, Gentil Setúbal recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Waud De Geyter. Gentil Setúbal showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Aleksander Kapera blasted a shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Waud De Geyter having to make a save. Terceirense F.C.'s Máximo Laureano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benjamin Carberry in the 25th minute of play. Máximo Laureano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frans Van Caubergen in the 29th minute of play. In the 31st minute, Gentil Setúbal ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Waud De Geyter was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. In the 35th minute Frans Van Caubergen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Máximo Laureano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-1.

51 minutes into the match, Terceirense F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Frans Van Caubergen came free, but Máximo Laureano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Terceirense F.C.'s Kerem Aktürkoglu got a free kick in the 54th minute. 57 minutes into the game, Terceirense F.C.'s Gentil Setúbal nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Waud De Geyter made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-1. Silver Squad AFC's Waud De Geyter played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gentil Setúbal in the 65th minute of play. Gentil Setúbal struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Waud De Geyter didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Terceirense F.C.. Terceirense F.C. made a substitution. Reginaldo Silveira replaced Aleksander Kapera. Terceirense F.C.'s Máximo Laureano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damazy Radzyminski in the 70th minute of play. Terceirense F.C.'s Máximo Laureano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save Terceirense F.C. from getting a goal against them. Waud De Geyter stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Donovan Daval's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. Laurence Soens kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Waud De Geyter made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Donovan Daval in the 82nd minute of play. 91 minutes into the game, Terceirense F.C.'s Donovan Daval nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Waud De Geyter made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-1. Terceirense F.C. were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
