The FK Luku Tábor fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Babbis Kousis should have stopped the shot. Stein Spoelberch showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bohumil Horčička, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Babbis Kousis came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by Club Brugge's King Eken. But to his dismay, King Eken quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ctirad Večerka got free with Stein Spoelberch in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. FK Luku Tábor's Babbis Kousis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by King Eken in the 16th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Club Brugge's Gert-Jan Schroons got a free kick in the 18th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jeroen Weygaers in the 22nd minute of play forced FK Luku Tábor's goalkeeper Babbis Kousis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 23 minutes into the match, King Eken notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of FK Luku Tábor's Babbis Kousis. Babbis Kousis was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. FK Luku Tábor's Babbis Kousis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pieter Van Landewijck in the 26th minute of play. Bohumil Horčička sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Babbis Kousis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henri Erle, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Club Brugge were awarded a corner in the 32th minute after FK Luku Tábor's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. 卓迪耀 took the corner. Babbis Kousis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from King Eken in the 34th minute of the match. In the 37th minute of the match Club Brugge got a corner. FK Luku Tábor's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. 卓迪耀 ran over to the corner to take the kick. Babbis Kousis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from King Eken in the 45th minute of play. Stein Spoelberch showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bohumil Horčička in the 47th minute of the match. In the 47th minute, Bohumil Horčička ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Stein Spoelberch was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell King Eken to make the kick off. Brent Nelleboedske received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Babbis Kousis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 57th minute, Jeroen Weygaers ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Babbis Kousis was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. Thanks to some nice moves King Eken could shoot a difficult shot in the 60th minute, which Babbis Kousis however easily saved by the left post. Pieter Van Landewijck could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Babbis Kousis made a huge save. Babbis Kousis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Brent Nelleboedske, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. In the 69thth minute of the game Ctirad Večerka who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Club Brugge's Stein Spoelberch was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 73rd minute, King Eken made a precise shot to the right of Babbis Kousis. FK Luku Tábor's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-5. After a defensive mix-up in FK Luku Tábor's zone, Jeroen Weygaers stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Babbis Kousis came out of the goal and Jeroen Weygaers tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Club Brugge's Jan-Simon Elsen was substituted for King Eken. FK Luku Tábor's Babbis Kousis proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save FK Luku Tábor from getting a goal against them. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Brent Nelleboedske in the 90th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Babbis Kousis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to FK Luku Tábor getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Andreas Nováček hit a great ball. Babbis Kousis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jeroen Weygaers, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. 97 minutes had been played when some careless play by FK Luku Tábor's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. 卓迪耀 was slow to take the kick. During this time Club Brugge's players had a chance to rest. The FK Luku Tábor fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Club Brugge were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
