In the 14th minute, F.C. SPERANTZA's Yevgen Sokolyanskyi ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Kıraç Şahinalp. Kıraç Şahinalp yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. In the 17th minute, Konrad Söderberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 22nd minute, Ünal Özaltuğ hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, ÇORUM FK's Zheng Jing Fei got a free kick in the 28th minute. Marjan Yatsenko showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Koray Baran in the 31st minute of the match. After 36 minutes of play, F.C. SPERANTZA's Klement Mnich made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kıraç Şahinalp was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 39th minute, Koray Baran got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 42 played minutes ÇORUM FK got a freekick which was hit by Konrad Söderberg. After having played for 45 minutes, Xiao Peng Bang managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. F.C. SPERANTZA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Xiao Peng Bang was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Koray Baran stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. SPERANTZA's corner Lenny Porter fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Kıraç Şahinalp quite easily take care of the ball. Tomáš Stupala hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. In the 88th minute, Yevgen Sokolyanskyi made a precise shot to the right of Kıraç Şahinalp.
