Horácio Maciel who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 3rdth minute tested the skills of Dino Roberto when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Horácio Maciel got free with Dino Roberto in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Villadeatese FC's Dino Roberto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmundo Carvalho in the 9th minute of play. 10 minutes had been played when some careless play by Villadeatese FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Rômulo Abraão was slow to take the kick. During this time Renascer's players had a chance to rest. It was a well-played corner which Gong Yi Feng managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. 13 minutes into the match, Temel Adıvar notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Renascer's Donato Souza. Donato Souza was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 22 minutes into the match, Renascer's goal looked a bit too open when Dino Gazza came free, but Donato Souza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dino Roberto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gong Yi Feng in the 24th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bernardo Cameli during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Renascer booed when Villadeatese FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernardo Cameli didn't get a good kick on the ball. Donato Souza came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by Villadeatese FC's Dino Gazza. But to his dismay, Dino Gazza quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. After 34 played minutes Renascer got a freekick which was hit by Oğuzhan Türkoğlu. Donato Souza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernardo Cameli in the 40th minute of the match. In the 42nd match minute, Villadeatese FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernardo Cameli to maneuver through the defense. Dino Roberto came out of the goal in the 48th minute to try and stop a shot by Renascer's Paz Munaya. But to his dismay, Paz Munaya quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Edmundo Carvalho stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Villadeatese FC's zone, Horácio Maciel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dino Roberto came out of the goal and Horácio Maciel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 58thth minute of the game Edmundo Carvalho who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Villadeatese FC's Dino Roberto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Villadeatese FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gong Yi Feng was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. The Villadeatese FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dino Roberto should have stopped the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Temel Adıvar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Villadeatese FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Temel Adıvar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Donato Souza breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 97th minute Horácio Maciel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dino Roberto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 97th minute of the match Guilherme Loureiro sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dino Roberto skillfully saved the ball. In the 99th minute Horácio Maciel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dino Roberto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the Villadeatese FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Renascer.
