Giovanny Spoelbergh made in the 14th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Copetonas AFC's Epifanio Canor. In the 16th minute, Pompiliu Ciutacu made a precise shot to the right of Roger Louis. Circus BAF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Copetonas AFC's Kostas Paxinos got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Epifanio Canor charged in rather forcefully in the 47th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Epifanio Canor the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play.

The wind increased when Breno da Mata made the kick off in the second half. Roger Louis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Breno da Mata in the 66th minute of play. 75 minutes into the match, Circus BAF's goalkeeper Roger Louis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jeronimo Franco. In the 78th minute Breno da Mata shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roger Louis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 80th minute the ball was on its way in behind Circus BAF's goalkeeper Roger Louis, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Steffe Van De Wijngaert recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Copetonas AFC's Lucio Fagildo was substituted for Fabio Gimenez. Copetonas AFC's Arko Thomaschewski was substituted for Breno da Mata. Hannes Van Lancker kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Copetonas AFC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
