The Soroca F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pedro Rito should have stopped the shot. Kryspin Robak might have been able to make a better finish in the 17th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pedro Rito. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Kryspin Robak ran back to his position shaking his head. 17 minutes into the match, Soroca F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Kryspin Robak came free, but Pedro Rito reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee ignored Abandon All Hope's protests and gave John Lim a yellow card for diving instead. John Lim hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. After 86 played minutes Abandon All Hope got a freekick which was hit by Gwidon Cwojdak. In the 93rd match minute, Soroca F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Atilano Maidana to maneuver through the defense. Gwidon Cwojdak hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. The Abandon All Hope supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Abandon All Hope would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
