In the 21st minute, Valiant F.C's Dale Fawell dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. Dale Fawell received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Gonzalo Fonticoba tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Brian Colman fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Valiant F.C's protests and gave Brian Colman a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Valiant F.C getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Brian Colman hit a great ball. Darren Tubbs made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Indalecio Segura in the 30th minute of play. In the 33rd minute, Indalecio Segura hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 39th minute, Garaile Rivera left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Los once leones Ourense fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Indalecio Segura fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Darren Tubbs having to interfere. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dale Fawell to make the kick off. With a little luck, Valiant F.C's Darren Tubbs got control of the ball when Giorgio Jubera tried to sneak it across the goal line. Valiant F.C's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-4. 64 minutes into the match, Los once leones Ourense's Fagondo Huarte sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Darren Tubbs narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Fagondo Huarte could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Darren Tubbs made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Orlan Verdaguer got free with Darren Tubbs in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Darren Tubbs made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Indalecio Segura sent off a good shot on target. Fagondo Huarte in the 93rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Darren Tubbs, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 96th minute, Indalecio Segura fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Darren Tubbs, passed just outside the right post. Los once leones Ourense's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
