An unexpectedly hard shot by Karol Smolarek in the 19th minute of play forced KFC Paal-Tervant's goalkeeper Anthonio Villyn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 21st match minute, KFC Paal-Tervant was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rudy Verheije to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Boleslaw Skikiewicz during the 26th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 26 played minutes Twierdza Wroclaw got a freekick which was hit by Boleslaw Skikiewicz. After having played for 30 minutes, Jedrzej Brataniec managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Twierdza Wroclaw's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jedrzej Brataniec was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 30th minute, Rudy Verheije hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Anthonio Villyn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leszek Wysocki in the 33rd minute of the match. In the 35th minute, KFC Paal-Tervant's Arsene Vermeulen dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karol Smolarek in the 38th minute of play forced KFC Paal-Tervant's goalkeeper Anthonio Villyn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Luka Dams had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. KFC Paal-Tervant's Anthonio Villyn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karol Smolarek in the 47th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Charl Delcroix was the one to do the kick off. After 57 minutes, Rudy Verheije mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the KFC Paal-Tervant and the Twierdza Wroclaw players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to KFC Paal-Tervant getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Charl Delcroix hit a great ball. During the 70th minute of the match Rudy Verheije completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Rudy Verheije a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 72nd minute, Leszek Wysocki hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bartjan Parmentier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Wlodzimierz Frenzel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Anthonio Villyn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leszek Wysocki in the 75th minute of the match. Tytus Zieba kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. In the 84th minute, KFC Paal-Tervant's Charl Delcroix seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Charl Delcroix the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of KFC Paal-Tervant protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Charl Delcroix had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 85 played minutes KFC Paal-Tervant got a freekick which was hit by Charl Delcroix. In the 86th minute of the match Stanislaw Psotka shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Anthonio Villyn showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 91st minute, Bartjan Parmentier hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Bartjan Parmentier came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the KFC Paal-Tervant fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bartjan Parmentier couldn't finish the play. Bartjan Parmentier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Wlodzimierz Frenzel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Twierdza Wroclaw's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
