Bengt-Arne Blomberg's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Wladyslaw Wietrzychowski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. Lázaro Lizbeth hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. B68 Toftir's Beat Leutwyler proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save B68 Toftir from getting a goal against them. Wladyslaw Wietrzychowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bengt-Arne Blomberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fernan Asur fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Beat Leutwyler having to interfere. Cavad Lider's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Beat Leutwyler firmly grabbed it by the left post. Kallistus Bussmann kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cavad Lider got free with Beat Leutwyler in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 48th minute, Cavad Lider got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lázaro Lizbeth to make the kick off. Barnaba Wolicki recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lázaro Lizbeth got free with Wladyslaw Wietrzychowski in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Beat Leutwyler showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucas Moura, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lucas Moura in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Beat Leutwyler prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Bengt-Arne Blomberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Wladyslaw Wietrzychowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bengt-Arne Blomberg got free with Wladyslaw Wietrzychowski in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Lech Zagrodny hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Bengt-Arne Blomberg scored 2-2 in the 76th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Wladyslaw Wietrzychowski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Beat Leutwyler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucas Moura in the 79th minute of play. With a little luck, Husaria Tarnów's Wladyslaw Wietrzychowski got control of the ball when Khvicha Kvaratskhelia tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Khvicha Kvaratskhelia got free with Wladyslaw Wietrzychowski in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 86 minutes into the game, Bengt-Arne Blomberg cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3.
