Mattis Magic Team's players were relieved. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roch Komornicki in the 6th minute of play forced Strib Galacticos IF's goalkeeper Janich Sodborg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 11thth minute of the game Mads Aarum who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mattis Magic Team's Konrad Bubczyk was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Janich Sodborg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pawel Raszek in the 12th minute of the match. Mattis Magic Team's Konrad Bubczyk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felix Fanøe in the 17th minute of play. Mattis Magic Team were awarded a corner in the 28th minute after Strib Galacticos IF's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Lech Sierocki took the corner. Mattis Magic Team's Roch Komornicki was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Janich Sodborg in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 30 minutes had been played when some careless play by Strib Galacticos IF's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Lech Sierocki was slow to take the kick. During this time Mattis Magic Team's players had a chance to rest. Konrad Bubczyk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mads Aarum, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. When Roch Komornicki came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Mattis Magic Team fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Roch Komornicki couldn't finish the play. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Roch Komornicki to make the kick off. When the match had gone on for 51 minutes, Carlos Berbiz put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Konrad Bubczyk. Konrad Bubczyk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felix Fanøe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 58th minute Roch Komornicki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Janich Sodborg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Janich Sodborg made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Maurício Trigo sent off a good shot on target. Maurício Trigo spun around in front of the goal 59 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Strib Galacticos IF's goal. 63 minutes into the game, Roch Komornicki cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Janich Sodborg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Janich Sodborg made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Pawel Raszek sent off a good shot on target. Konrad Bubczyk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felix Fanøe in the 80th minute of the match. Janich Sodborg was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Pawel Raszek showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 82 minute of play. Strib Galacticos IF made a substitution. Peter Östensson replaced Alin Sima. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felix Fanøe in the 86th minute of play forced Mattis Magic Team's goalkeeper Konrad Bubczyk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mattis Magic Team were furious when Janusz Czerwinski was red carded, 88 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. 89 minutes into the match, Carlos Berbiz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Konrad Bubczyk. Mattis Magic Team's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Carlos Berbiz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. After having played for 93 minutes, Felix Fanøe managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Strib Galacticos IF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Felix Fanøe was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Roch Komornicki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Janich Sodborg having to interfere. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Mattis Magic Team players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
