The crowd rose to their feet as Esmeralda AFC's Andrew Dalli slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Glenn Fyfe. That made the score 1-1 after 31 minutes of play. James Batistuta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jorge Armani having to interfere. King Scorpio took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jorge Armani. Jorge Armani took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from King Scorpio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

In the 98th minute A4p FC Gad were awarded a corner. Marcin Pachucki went to the cornerflag to take it. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. A4p FC Gad had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
