Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Wessel Bos in the 4th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mateo Phelipe prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Wessel Bos blasted a shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mateo Phelipe having to make a save. With an all-out effort, KN ZGORZELEC's Mateo Phelipe threw himself towards the right post 6 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Wessel Bos, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Emilio Shepherd showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cezary Jajecznica, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Wessel Boss short, quick shot in the 10thth minute got Mateo Phelipe to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. KN ZGORZELEC's Emilio Shepherd played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cezary Jajecznica in the 12th minute of play. Wessel Bos blasted a shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mateo Phelipe having to make a save. MIRA -ŁÓDZ's Mateo Phelipe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wessel Bos in the 13th minute of play. Wessel Bos received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Mateo Phelipe came out and tried to block the shot, but Wessel Bos slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 14th minute. Mateo Phelipe made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Wessel Bos sent off a good shot on target. A hard shot 20 in the game by Wessel Bos from a close distance when the talented Mateo Phelipe managed to make a qualified save. MIRA -ŁÓDZ's players were relieved. If Wessel Bos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The KN ZGORZELEC fans' excitement grew in the 40th match minute when KN ZGORZELEC's Wessel Bos looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 45 minutes into the match, MIRA -ŁÓDZ's goalkeeper Mateo Phelipe had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Wessel Bos. Anthimos Ntounias's late challenge caught a MIRA -ŁÓDZ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Anthimos Ntounias helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of MIRA -ŁÓDZ booed when KN ZGORZELEC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anthimos Ntounias didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.
In the 51st minute, Wessel Bos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Aleksander Klewinski managed to get in a good position for a shot. MIRA -ŁÓDZ's supporters rose to their feet, but Aleksander Klewinski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Emilio Shepherd breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mateo Phelipe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wessel Bos in the 68th minute of the match. In the 72nd minute the ball was on its way in behind MIRA -ŁÓDZ's goalkeeper Mateo Phelipe, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some careless play in the KN ZGORZELEC defense, Lukasz Marut kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Emilio Shepherd. The KN ZGORZELEC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Emilio Shepherd should have stopped the shot. Mateo Phelipe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wessel Bos in the 77th minute of the match. 81 minutes into the match, MIRA -ŁÓDZ's goal looked a bit too open when Wessel Bos came free, but Mateo Phelipe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cezary Jajecznica received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Emilio Shepherd came out and tried to block the shot, but Cezary Jajecznica slotted it home off the left post making it 2-2 in the 83rd minute. André Luís Valladares sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 90th minute Wessel Bos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mateo Phelipe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wessel Bos in the 90th minute of play forced MIRA -ŁÓDZ's goalkeeper Mateo Phelipe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 93rd minute of the match, Cezary Jajecznica tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Emilio Shepherd saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the MIRA -ŁÓDZ players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
