Atahan Balon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Braulio Barrionuevo in the 40th minute of the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ricardo-Enrique Bochini to strike the kick off in the second half. When Ricardo-Enrique Bochini came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the Los Muchachos del 86 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ricardo-Enrique Bochini couldn't finish the play. In the 91stth minute of the game Braulio Barrionuevo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Los Muchachos del 86's Atahan Balon was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 94th match minute, Los Muchachos del 86 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Flavio Azevedo to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Quilmes had won after a very even match.
