After a defensive mix-up in GrassNuts FC's zone, Torgny Landin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Esbjörn Tunander came out of the goal and Torgny Landin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some careless play in the GrassNuts FC defense, Torgny Landin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Esbjörn Tunander. The GrassNuts FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Esbjörn Tunander should have stopped the shot. Esbjörn Tunander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Torgny Landin, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. GrassNuts FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Pierre-Emile Højbjerg in the 40th minute. The corner led GrassNuts FC's Pierre-Emile Højbjerg to fire away a dangerous shot which Andreas Andersson despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Andreas Andersson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pierre-Emile Højbjerg, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Torgny Landin struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Esbjörn Tunander didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Börna Bulldogs. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Vitaliy van der Aa to make the kick off. With his leg Esbjörn Tunander managed to avoid a goal in the 68thth minute, when Börna Bulldogs's 肖真坚 fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 肖真坚 took the ball and in the 73 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Esbjörn Tunander. Esbjörn Tunander dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. Börna Bulldogs made a substitution. Rob Lute replaced Vilgot Bålström. The crowd rose to their feet as Börna Bulldogs's Torgny Landin slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Esbjörn Tunander. That made the score 0-5 after 78 minutes of play. If Torgny Landin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Esbjörn Tunander showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Torgny Landin in the 82nd minute of the match. In the 84th minute the ball was on its way in behind Börna Bulldogs's goalkeeper Andreas Andersson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pierre-Emile Højbjerg in the 87th minute of play forced Börna Bulldogs's goalkeeper Andreas Andersson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Börna Bulldogs's Torgny Landin in the 88th minute got a chance for a shot 88th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye GrassNuts FC's goalie prevented a goal. Matias Svahn could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Esbjörn Tunander made a huge save. Matias Svahn kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 95thth minute. Though ot was a great shot GrassNuts FC's keeper Esbjörn Tunander was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged.
