The coaching staff of Koutsopαpoulos FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Stergios Kalabokis had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee gave Union de Marrakech a penalty, 7 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Amazigh Lamin, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Koutsopαpoulos FC's Kostas Kavalaris. 0-1. 10 minutes into the match, Koutsopαpoulos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Saber Belmahjoub came free, but Kostas Kavalaris reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 10 minutes, Bukkus Zeryouh mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Union de Marrakech and the Koutsopαpoulos FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Koutsopαpoulos FC booed when Union de Marrakech was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bukkus Zeryouh didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 14th minute of the match Badis Boussaboun sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Kostas Kavalaris skillfully saved the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Chakir Madih in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kostas Kavalaris prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 40th minute Chakir Madih shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kostas Kavalaris saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Union de Marrakech's Chakir Madih in the 42nd minute got a chance for a shot 42nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Koutsopαpoulos FC's goalie prevented a goal.

Kostas Kavalaris showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chakir Madih in the 51st minute of the match. In the 53rd minute Union de Marrakech were awarded a corner. Amazigh Lamin went to the cornerflag to take it. Union de Marrakech's Mansour Malki was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Kostas Kavalaris in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After 54th play minutes Chakir Madih shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Kostas Kavalaris and just under the crossbar into goal. Chakir Madih struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Kostas Kavalaris didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Union de Marrakech. Kostas Kavalaris made an important save on a dangerous shot by Saber Belmahjoub in the 59th minute. If Saber Belmahjoub had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Chakir Madih scored 0-3 in the 63rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kostas Kavalaris, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Kostas Kavalaris showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chakir Madih in the 68th minute of the match. In the 71stth minute of the game Chakir Madih who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Koutsopαpoulos FC's Kostas Kavalaris was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Kostas Kavalaris showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chakir Madih, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Argyris Tselementes kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Chakir Madih struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Kostas Kavalaris didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Union de Marrakech. In the 84th minute of the match, Chakir Madih tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Kostas Kavalaris saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Kostas Kavalaris took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Chakir Madih, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Koutsopαpoulos FC's zone, Chakir Madih stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kostas Kavalaris came out of the goal and Chakir Madih tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 96 minutes into the match, Koutsopαpoulos FC's goalkeeper Kostas Kavalaris had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Saber Belmahjoub.
