Ede Szász might have been able to make a better finish in the 8th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Otávio Penha. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ede Szász ran back to his position shaking his head. When Ede Szász came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the STORM CORNER F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ede Szász couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, STORM CORNER F.C.'s Bartolo Ferdinand got a free kick in the 13th minute. Kaan Winter showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erik Antunes in the 17th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ede Szász in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Otávio Penha prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 26 minutes of play, STORM CORNER F.C.'s Reinhold Artmaier made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Otávio Penha was left in no man's land by his defense there! Erik Antunes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kaan Winter having to interfere. Otávio Penha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ede Szász in the 31st minute of the match. 33 minutes into the match, Ede Szász notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Icoara Football Club's Otávio Penha. Otávio Penha was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 37th minute, Ede Szász ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Otávio Penha was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. After a defensive mix-up in Icoara Football Club's zone, Reinhold Artmaier stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Otávio Penha came out of the goal and Reinhold Artmaier tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. STORM CORNER F.C.'s Ede Szász suffered a sore thigh after 42 minutes and couldn't finish the game. César Godoi's late challenge caught a STORM CORNER F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. César Godoi helped the player get up and apologised. STORM CORNER F.C.'s Ákos Szabadi was substituted for Ede Szász. In a very dangerous position, a player in Icoara Football Club fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 42nd minute. Penalty! Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Otávio Penha made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ákos Szabadi in the 52nd minute. In the 54th minute, Cornelio Pacifico hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Icoara Football Club's Otávio Penha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reinhold Artmaier in the 56th minute of play. A very good chance. 75 minutes in the game, Ákos Szabadi fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Otávio Penha having to interfere. STORM CORNER F.C.'s Kaan Winter played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erik Antunes in the 79th minute of play. Otávio Penha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reinhold Artmaier in the 82nd minute of play. Ákos Szabadi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Otávio Penha having to interfere. Ákos Szabadi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 93rd minute Ionuț Jităreanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Otávio Penha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the final whistle sounded STORM CORNER F.C. left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Icoara Football Club.
