The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 7th match minute, Icoara Football Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emílio Barbosa to maneuver through the defense. Otávio Penha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jorn De Meijer in the 13th minute of the match. Dito Ramos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hubert Roofhoof having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tjorven Wery got free with Otávio Penha in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Tjorven Wery could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Otávio Penha made a huge save. In the 28th minute Dito Ramos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hubert Roofhoof saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of FC Het Altaar booed when Icoara Football Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Délio Brodel didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Simon van Bedts fell near the penalty area in the 38th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Het Altaar's protests and gave Simon van Bedts a yellow card for diving instead. Icoara Football Club's Iuri Ortiz couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 39th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for FC Het Altaar. Dito Ramos kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tjorven Wery to make the kick off. Otávio Penha came out of the goal in the 50th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Het Altaar's Tjorven Wery. But to his dismay, Tjorven Wery quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Dito Ramos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tjorven Wery in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Otávio Penha prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 62 minutes into the match, Tjorven Wery notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Icoara Football Club's Otávio Penha. Otávio Penha was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 66 minutes into the match, Icoara Football Club's goal looked a bit too open when Tommi Vermeesch came free, but Otávio Penha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, FC Het Altaar's Tommi Vermeesch got a free kick in the 67th minute. Jorn De Meijer hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Otávio Penha took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jorn De Meijer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 82 played minutes FC Het Altaar got a freekick which was hit by Simon van Bedts. Hubert Roofhoof made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erik Antunes in the 84th minute of play. Délio Brodel hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match.
