When the match had been going on for 6 minutes, Clemen Team AFC★C.A.B.J★'s Cleto Ikatz got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Abelardo Janpier. Clemen Team AFC★C.A.B.J★'s Vihar Karadochev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Todd Gronow in the 13th minute of play. Vihar Karadochev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Todd Gronow, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 23 minutes of play, Barbieri de Ituzaingó FC's Ildefonso Foro made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vihar Karadochev was left in no man's land by his defense there! Todd Gronow struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Vihar Karadochev didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Barbieri de Ituzaingó FC. A sloppy throw-in by Valentin Lyakov in the 31st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Barbieri de Ituzaingó FC's Ruben Eate. Abelardo Janpier made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zühtü Atay in the 37th minute. Cleto Ikatz hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Todd Gronow to strike the kick off in the second half. Barbieri de Ituzaingó FC's Abelardo Janpier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zühtü Atay in the 56th minute of play. Clemen Team AFC★C.A.B.J★'s attentive Cleto Ikatz managed to snatch the ball when Ruben Eate made a throw-in in the 57th minute of the game. 61 minutes into the match, Barbieri de Ituzaingó FC's goal looked a bit too open when Zühtü Atay came free, but Abelardo Janpier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Todd Gronow's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vihar Karadochev read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. Barbieri de Ituzaingó FC's Andreas Harlén was substituted for Zula Turek. Barbieri de Ituzaingó FC's Hipolito Nafarroa was substituted for Inaki Mirabal. Barbieri de Ituzaingó FC were awarded a corner in the 68th minute after Clemen Team AFC★C.A.B.J★'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Fausto Agüero took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Fausto Agüero got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Vihar Karadochev quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 72ndth minute of the game Todd Gronow who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Clemen Team AFC★C.A.B.J★'s Vihar Karadochev was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Cleto Ikatz kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. With a little luck, Clemen Team AFC★C.A.B.J★'s Vihar Karadochev got control of the ball when Todd Gronow tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 81 played minutes Clemen Team AFC★C.A.B.J★ got a freekick which was hit by Zühtü Atay. If Todd Gronow had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Todd Gronow sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 84 minutes into the match, Clemen Team AFC★C.A.B.J★'s goalkeeper Vihar Karadochev had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Todd Gronow. When Todd Gronow came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Barbieri de Ituzaingó FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Todd Gronow couldn't finish the play. Vihar Karadochev made an important save on a dangerous shot by Todd Gronow in the 91st minute. 93 minutes had been played when some careless play by Clemen Team AFC★C.A.B.J★'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Fausto Agüero was slow to take the kick. During this time Barbieri de Ituzaingó FC's players had a chance to rest. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Ildefonso Foro advanced and headed the ball into goal, 1-2 in the 93rd minute. In the 95th minute, Hipolito Nafarroa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Barbieri de Ituzaingó FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Barbieri de Ituzaingó FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
