After 35 minutes DIPLOMATA FC PAB's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Alfredão Mazza who took care of the corner kick. When the match had gone on for 41 minutes, Luiz Eduardo Tróia took a quick shot and it went in 3-1 without a chance for Chico Donato to make any attempt to save it. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ramón Furtado to make the kick off. Leandro Neves stood somewhat misplaced when Ramón Furtado came free in front of goal and shot 3-2 to the left of him in the 53 minute. Chico Donato was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 94 played minutes Caskinha Sport Clube got a freekick which was hit by Eldad Stock. Chico Donato showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iván Zamorano, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. Betinho Moreno kicked well hit freekick during the 98th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Caskinha Sport Clube had won after a very even match.
