Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Tinacarra Utd's Brendan McJon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save Tinacarra Utd from getting a goal against them. Jan Jonasson kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. In the 20th minute of the match Vetlanda got a corner. Tinacarra Utd's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Marcus Danielsson ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Marcus Danielsson got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Brendan McJon quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 22 minutes into the game, Tom Häger cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Brendan McJon was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Michael Grönberg received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Brendan McJon came out and tried to block the shot, but Michael Grönberg slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 26th minute. After having played for 33 minutes, Berchan Caffrey managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tinacarra Utd's supporters crossed their fingers, but Berchan Caffrey was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tinacarra Utd's attentive Damian Costello managed to snatch the ball when Simon Felin made a throw-in in the 38th minute of the game. Michael Grönberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Brendan McJon having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Berchan Caffrey stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jan-Erik Sandberg took the ball and in the 54 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Brendan McJon. Brendan McJon dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Berchan Caffrey could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Jörgen Söderström made a huge save. 62 minutes into the match, Tinacarra Utd's goal looked a bit too open when Michael Grönberg came free, but Brendan McJon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 64th minute Michael Grönberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Brendan McJon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Brendan McJon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tom Häger, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. After a rather tough play, Tinacarra Utd's Rannal Doherty got a free kick in the 66th minute. Brendan McJon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Michael Grönberg in the 67th minute of play. Brendan McJon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jan-Erik Sandberg in the 68th minute of the match. Damian Costello's late challenge caught a Vetlanda's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Damian Costello helped the player get up and apologised. Michael Grönberg took the ball and in the 72 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Brendan McJon. Brendan McJon dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Simon Felin took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 75th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Brendan McJon. Tinacarra Utd's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 79 minutes into the match, Tinacarra Utd's goal looked a bit too open when Michael Grönberg came free, but Brendan McJon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Tinacarra Utd defense, Michael Grönberg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Brendan McJon. The Tinacarra Utd fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Brendan McJon should have stopped the shot. Brendan McJon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tom Häger in the 87th minute of play. Jan-Erik Sandberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. There was no doubt that Vetlanda were the better team. Vetlanda's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
