With an extended leg and a bit of luck Wawrzyniec Charamut prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jesus Luke made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Placido Jenaro in the 42nd minute of play. With a little luck, De Boedo Vengo's Wawrzyniec Charamut got control of the ball when Michael Owen tried to sneak it across the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Atlético Montserrat's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
