Şevket Çağa started the match with the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Robert Boruta in the 5th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pankracy Glogowski saved Club Atlético Atlanta from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Michael Owen got free with Pankracy Glogowski in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Pankracy Glogowski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Michael Owen in the 7th minute. Edgard Barros's late challenge caught a Atlético Montserrat's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Edgard Barros helped the player get up and apologised. Konstanty Galagan was extremely unlucky when he, in the 12th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. If Abel Iban had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Atlético Montserrat booed when Club Atlético Atlanta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paolo Caradaro didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 20th minute Daniel Skröder shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pankracy Glogowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Club Atlético Atlanta's Pankracy Glogowski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Club Atlético Atlanta from getting a goal against them. 崔光笑 had several of the Club Atlético Atlanta's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 26 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Pankracy Glogowski as he didn't even see the shot coming. Pankracy Glogowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 崔光笑, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. When Rosendo Cutberto fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Club Atlético Atlanta's protests and gave Rosendo Cutberto a yellow card for diving instead. In the 33rd match minute, Club Atlético Atlanta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rosendo Cutberto to maneuver through the defense. The long shot by Daniel Skröder in the 33rd minute really tested Pankracy Glogowski's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. With a little luck, Club Atlético Atlanta's Pankracy Glogowski got control of the ball when 崔光笑 tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Şevket Çağa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Atlético Atlanta's supporters rose to their feet, but Şevket Çağa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jesus Luke breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jesus Luke made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abel Iban in the 42nd minute of play. Pankracy Glogowski made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Robert Boruta sent off a good shot on target. 47 minutes had been played when some careless play by Club Atlético Atlanta's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Skröder was slow to take the kick. During this time Atlético Montserrat's players had a chance to rest. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Robert Boruta made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Atlanta's goal looked a bit too open when Konstanty Galagan came free, but Pankracy Glogowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 52nd minute Michael Owen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pankracy Glogowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 54 minutes into the match, Robert Boruta notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Club Atlético Atlanta's Pankracy Glogowski. Pankracy Glogowski was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jesus Luke made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Şevket Çağa in the 57th minute of play. Michael Owen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 68 minutes Club Atlético Atlanta's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Skröder who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Daniel Skröder got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Pankracy Glogowski quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. If Eustaquio Jaizki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Michael Owen's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pankracy Glogowski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. 73 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Atlanta's goal looked a bit too open when Robert Boruta came free, but Pankracy Glogowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jesus Luke made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eustaquio Jaizki in the 74th minute. Pankracy Glogowski came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by Atlético Montserrat's Robert Boruta. But to his dismay, Robert Boruta quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. A collision led to Club Atlético Atlanta getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Abel Iban hit a great ball. Pankracy Glogowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Konstanty Galagan in the 84th minute of the match. 崔光笑's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pankracy Glogowski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. 88 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Atlanta's goal looked a bit too open when 崔光笑 came free, but Pankracy Glogowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pankracy Glogowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robert Boruta in the 90th minute of play. Pankracy Glogowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robert Boruta in the 95th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Atlético Montserrat had won after a very even match.
