Norbert Chwalkiewicz took the ball and in the 13 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Apolo Santxol. Apolo Santxol dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Apolo Santxol showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Placido Jenaro, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Wawrzyniec Charamut showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marin Jumancă in the 18th minute of the match. 19 minutes had been played when some careless play by De Boedo Vengo's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Wilfredo Ugutz was slow to take the kick. During this time Huckebein's players had a chance to rest. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 47 minutes into the match, Huckebein's goal looked a bit too open when Cipriano Aresti came free, but Apolo Santxol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Marin Jumancă made the kick off in the second half. Huckebein's Gwidon Augustyn got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Huckebein had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
