With a little luck, De Boedo Vengo's Eneas Diez got control of the ball when Gianluca Vialli tried to sneak it across the goal line. Falckner FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Isidoro Cebrian in the 7th minute. A collision led to De Boedo Vengo getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Hilario Otsando hit a great ball. In the 15th minute the ball was on its way in behind De Boedo Vengo's goalkeeper Eneas Diez, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gianluca Vialli's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eneas Diez read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. 18 minutes into the match, Gianluca Vialli had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eneas Diez. De Boedo Vengo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gianluca Vialli was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Damaso Inge kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Urmet Rammu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paul Gheară, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. In the 29th minute Norbert Chwalkiewicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Urmet Rammu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 32 minutes into the match, Falckner FC's goal looked a bit too open when Paul Gheară came free, but Urmet Rammu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Urmet Rammu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paul Gheară, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A hard shot 46 in the game by Gianluca Vialli from a close distance when the talented Eneas Diez managed to make a qualified save. De Boedo Vengo's players were relieved. After 47 minutes De Boedo Vengo's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Isidoro Cebrian who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Isidoro Cebrian got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Eneas Diez quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gianluca Vialli made a kick off. In the 51st minute, Cipriano Aresti hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eneas Diez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gianluca Vialli's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. After a rather tough play, De Boedo Vengo's Hilario Otsando got a free kick in the 58th minute. After a defensive mix-up in De Boedo Vengo's zone, Gianluca Vialli stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eneas Diez came out of the goal and Gianluca Vialli tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Norbert Chwalkiewicz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Urmet Rammu made a huge save. After 63 played minutes De Boedo Vengo got a freekick which was hit by Desiderio Ascencio. Falckner FC's Silvestre Dalmai was substituted for Isidoro Cebrian. In the 65th match minute, De Boedo Vengo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Desiderio Ascencio to maneuver through the defense. 66 minutes into the match, De Boedo Vengo's goal looked a bit too open when Gianluca Vialli came free, but Eneas Diez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Falckner FC's Urmet Rammu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felix Asier in the 67th minute of play. Norbert Chwalkiewicz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Urmet Rammu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cipriano Aresti was slow to take the kick. During this time De Boedo Vengo's players had a chance to rest. Urmet Rammu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Norbert Chwalkiewicz in the 79th minute. Norbert Chwalkiewicz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Urmet Rammu made a huge save. After 84 played minutes Falckner FC got a freekick which was hit by Urbano Shantala. In the 90th minute Gianluca Vialli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eneas Diez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Norbert Chwalkiewicz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Urmet Rammu made a huge save. When the referee blew the final whistle, Falckner FC could leave the field as winners, despite De Boedo Vengo having more of the ball for most of the match.
