Virgilio Rocendo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Caicedo Berrondo in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Virgilio Rocendo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Virgilio Rocendo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Caicedo Berrondo, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Virgilio Rocendo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Caicedo Berrondo's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. Volvio Moreno's Virgilio Rocendo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save Volvio Moreno from getting a goal against them. Virgilio Rocendo had great luck who in the 57thth minute grab hold of the ball when Marino Grazia from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Oso Amezaga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Niceto Erruki in the 59th minute of the match. Caicedo Berrondo's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 61stth minute, Virgilio Rocendo skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Oso Amezaga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Niceto Erruki in the 62nd minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 75 minutes, Higinio Romano put it in 1-4 from a short distance just to the right of Oso Amezaga. 79 minutes into the match, Volvio Moreno's goalkeeper Virgilio Rocendo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jimmy Estopinal. Oso Amezaga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Saturnino Porfirio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 89 minutes into the match, Volvio Moreno's goal looked a bit too open when Fernandez Poblaciones came free, but Virgilio Rocendo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jimmy Estopinal in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Virgilio Rocendo saved Volvio Moreno from getting behind. Virgilio Rocendo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jimmy Estopinal in the 94th minute. Jimmy Estopinal blasted a shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Virgilio Rocendo having to make a save. If Higinio Romano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched C.A. GUAYACO eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
