The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Percy Paterson to strike the kick off in the second half. Oséias Bastos hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. In the 53rd minute, Pedrão Arce got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Barbie Doll United U23's Orlando Barral played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Percy Paterson in the 62nd minute of play. Pedrão Arce received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Joaquin Koch tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 69 minutes into the match, Percy Paterson notched a goal, 2-4, to the right of Barbie Doll United U23's Orlando Barral. Orlando Barral was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 74 minutes into the game, Claudinei Miranda was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Barbie Doll United U23's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fire Devils the free kick. The supporters of Fire Devils booed when Barbie Doll United U23 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Claudinei Miranda didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Barbie Doll United U23's Carlinhos Maciel got a free kick in the 76th minute. Waldemar de Godoi's late challenge caught a Fire Devils's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fire Devils:s Joaquin Koch showed great skill when he stopped Waldemar de Godoi:s penalty. 90 minutes into the match, Carlinhos Maciel had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Joaquin Koch. Fire Devils's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Carlinhos Maciel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-5. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luciano Velloso in the 95th minute of play forced Fire Devils's goalkeeper Joaquin Koch to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the final whistle sounded Barbie Doll United U23 left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Fire Devils.
