Spectators: 7492 (Terracing: 5620, Seating: 1723, VIP seats: 149) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Petar Keremidchiyski took the kick off in the first half of the match. 4 minutes into the match, Thiago Caniggia dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Antonio Zerinov, 1-0. 7 minutes into the match, FC Gurbanovtsi's goal looked a bit too open when Matias Haitz came free, but Antonio Zerinov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Sportivo Desamparados's Matias Haitz slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Antonio Zerinov. That made the score 2-0 after 9 minutes of play. Antonio Zerinov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Domingo Cristofol, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. 17 minutes into the match, Domingo Cristofol notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of FC Gurbanovtsi's Antonio Zerinov. Antonio Zerinov was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After recieving a nice pass, Sportivo Desamparados's Giovani Toranzo tried to score from far away in the 22nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Antonio Zerinov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Domingo Cristofol, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Thiago Caniggia could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Antonio Zerinov made a huge save. With a little luck, FC Gurbanovtsi's Antonio Zerinov got control of the ball when Thiago Caniggia tried to sneak it across the goal line. Antonio Zerinov made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Thiago Caniggia sent off a good shot on target. Yoncho Evgeniev kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Thiago Caniggia took the ball and in the 43 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Antonio Zerinov. Antonio Zerinov dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. FC Gurbanovtsi's Antonio Zerinov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Domingo Cristofol in the 47th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Thiago Caniggia stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Antonio Zerinov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Domingo Cristofol, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to FC Gurbanovtsi getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Dancho Kastelov hit a great ball. In the 57th minute Luca Toranzo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antonio Zerinov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 59th minute, Domingo Cristofol left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sportivo Desamparados fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. Antonio Zerinov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xie Chao Yang in the 65th minute of play. Sportivo Desamparados's Matias Haitz got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Stefan Budev's late challenge caught a Sportivo Desamparados's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Stefan Budev helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, FC Gurbanovtsi's Stefan Budev got a free kick in the 77th minute. Thiago Caniggia took the ball and in the 78 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Antonio Zerinov. Antonio Zerinov dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. A collision led to FC Gurbanovtsi getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Petar Keremidchiyski hit a great ball. Thiago Caniggia struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Antonio Zerinov didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sportivo Desamparados. FC Gurbanovtsi's Antonio Zerinov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matias Haitz in the 96th minute of play. Sportivo Desamparados walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
