Seating: 1734, VIP seats: 150) Al-Norr's Fredric Collin started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Fredric Collin scored 1-0 in the 3rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Juan Carlos Suciu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 6th minute, Ventura Ladra left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Salud y República fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Gunnar Nordahl could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Juan Carlos Suciu made a huge save. Egon Sundström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Reyes No, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 13th minute the ball was on its way in behind Al-Norr's goalkeeper Egon Sundström, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 14 minutes Al-Norr's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Cai Ocaña who took care of the corner kick. In the 17th minute, Reyes No hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 18 minutes into the game, Al-Norr's Christian Waller nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Juan Carlos Suciu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gunnar Nordahl got free with Juan Carlos Suciu in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Egon Sundström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reyes No in the 28th minute of play. Gunnar Nordahl took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Juan Carlos Suciu. Juan Carlos Suciu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Juan Carlos Suciu made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Melker Bark sent off a good shot on target. In the 36th minute, Ventura Ladra ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Egon Sundström was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. 39 minutes into the match, Salud y República's goal looked a bit too open when Christian Waller came free, but Juan Carlos Suciu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Juan Carlos Suciu made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Christian Waller sent off a good shot on target. In the 43rdth minute of the game Ventura Ladra who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Al-Norr's Egon Sundström was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Salud y República's Juan Carlos Suciu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Salud y República from getting a goal against them. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Reyes No stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A sloppy throw-in by Samuel Bengtsson in the 52nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Salud y República's Iosu Pantoja. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fredric Collin in the 54th minute of play forced Salud y República's goalkeeper Juan Carlos Suciu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 54 minutes, Fredric Collin made it 4-3 with a short kick to the right side. Salud y República's Juan Carlos Suciu tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Juan Carlos Suciu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christian Waller in the 57th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gunnar Nordahl in the 59th minute of play forced Salud y República's goalkeeper Juan Carlos Suciu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Salud y República's Juan Carlos Suciu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fredric Collin in the 68th minute of play. Juan Carlos Suciu came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by Al-Norr's Gunnar Nordahl. But to his dismay, Gunnar Nordahl quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-3. Juan Carlos Suciu came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by Al-Norr's Christian Waller. But to his dismay, Christian Waller quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-3. Ventura Ladra in the 77thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Egon Sundström, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Juan Carlos Suciu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fredric Collin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Mauricio Astudillo fell near the penalty area in the 84th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Salud y República's protests and gave Mauricio Astudillo a yellow card for diving instead. In the 84th match minute, Salud y República was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mauricio Astudillo to maneuver through the defense. It was beautiful to see Al-Norr's Erland Strand in action when he in the 96th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! In the 97th minute, Melker Bark made a precise shot to the right of Juan Carlos Suciu. Salud y República's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 9-3. There was no doubt that Al-Norr were the better team. Al-Norr's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
